Should be a proper section of site site for users with sufficient privileges to create new concepts and, once [sort-concepts] is done, reorder the concept list.
Should also be able to rename concepts and fields without resorting to SQL.
Should be able to store proper datetimes, with granularity (nearest day, month, year &c).
The dev instance of informed shouldn't be allowed to touch real sites.
Suggest this is best achieved by flagging informed instances where we don't care as 'allow_dev' inside the installations.inc
Accessing the dev site (dev.informed...) over SSL leads to a 404 when going to /foo/ for some foo, to get to the front of an instance.
Will need a pos column, much like most of the other tables!
